I'm appearing before the House of Commons BIS Select Committee into Open Access

I'm very pleased to announce that, this Tuesday, 16th April 2013, I will be joining the Commons Select Committee inquiry into open access being hosted by the Business, Innovation and Skills Committee on at the Palace of Westminster. At 12pm I will be presenting evidence on open access publishing alongside a list of distinguished speakers, including those representing:
